Good post. Some surprises in there. AirTran is really cleaning up. JetBlue did too, I suppose, but it kind of seems like cheating when you're receiving large checks from foreign partners (not that I'd object if Air France gave big-D a few billion dollars!)
The Legacy Carriers really seem to be having problems, even after most of them went through bankruptcy. What an industry.
