Could be the ISS or any satellite which are both common to see just before sunrise or sunset. If what you're seeing moving pretty fast, it's most likely in orbit. If it's stationary, it's probably a planet. Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter are all visible on a regular basis.

Google "ISS viewing" and you should find the NASA site that will let you enter your lat/long and tell you when it's visible from your location.
