Compass seems to be taking it to an extreme-- especially before any significant legislation gets signed into law by Comrade Obama.
Because it's not age discrimination, it only appears that way. In order for it to be a discrimination issue,
some individuals younger than 23 would have to be afforded opportunities that
others don't get. That's not the case. Every person younger than 23 will not qualify.
It's not discrimination, it's just a law that looks bad to those under 23.
