I know that many guys from the legacy airlines feel "left behind" by ALPA, but have you guys looked at organizing at all? It's about the only way things will improve there and elsewhere. For many of the other carriers it's tough to bargin when the company is in the crapper, but what about you guys. There seems to be a real anti-union sentament there. I don't see things getting fixed until you guys pull together and say enough is enough.

Jolly, there seems to be a large anti ALPA sentiment on our property, but there is a slow migration towards unionization at this point in time. We are eagerly awaiting some news from a Pilot Compensation Group, and what the company decides to do regarging its recommendations. We arnt exactly making alot of money right now, but we do expect to seem some change to the positive real soon. If nothing changes, I sincerely think there will be a union vote within a six month time frame.
