I am guessing the $10K to clean and wash is a joke. Pilots clean the inside for no extra pay, thats part of the job description in a 91/135 op. The FBO/Private Cleaner can wash/wax the outside for a fee each time they do it. If a potential Pilot Hire actually said they want another 10K to clean the plane, without actually having the job already, I would say "next". Good luck.
