If the ACPs are spending too much time on it then it should just be eliminated, not made more complex and difficult.
If you eliminate the meet and greets you take the crew force out of the equation, and I don't think anybody likes that system. They'll keep working on it and make it better. It's just a tough nut and it might take a while to crack. You don't want to get rid of the program all together, just Ned to refine it and make it more user friendly. If you have any suggestions I'm sure I can get them passed on to the right folks. Seriously. Maybe I'll start a thread on that one.
