I interviewed there a few years ago. I went into the interview very cold, less than 36 hours from phone call to interview. We did paperwork for a couple of hours, bring your logbooks. Then it was an HR interview with a chief pilot, an hr rep, and a manager. Talk to the person asking the question.
Then there was a sim in a classic 74. This was the truly nice part of the interview. Simple take off and a simple sid. Enter holding, check airman configures the jet for landing, shoot an ILS, and land. Keep the power on until 50 feet, then go to idle and flare a little.
That was how it was in '05. Hope it helps.
