Technically the agreement was not an exit from 4a2b, but it did include a defined exit from 4a2b. In a nutshell, if the SAM(system average credit hours) exceeds 68/85 for 2 consecutive bid months then we exit 4a2b. Additionally, if we hire then we exit 4a2b. But in keeping with the pessimistic attitude necessary for survival as an airline pilot these days, it should be noted that there isn't anything in this agreement that prevents the company from going back into 4a2b any time it wants.
