If I had a scheduled d/h, I went to the airport arrivals hotel desk (The hotel is responsible for crew transportation) and identified myself as FedEx CREW. They always put me in a VERY NICE Mercedes limo to the hotel. Direct bill to FDX. Couldn't be any nicer or easier.
I highly recommend it.
To get to the "HOTEL DESK" ... exit customs, walk towards the opposite (north) end of the terminal, hotel desks are on the right (east) side.

Unless you like carrying your 'round the world bag' up and down subway stairs, or trying to stuff them in a crowded train car with a few hundred of your closest friends. Go for the hotel Mercedes. And, as a wise old captain once told me, "it only costs a dollar more to go first class"
