I just had a buddy pass his interview a week ago and said after arrival he had to spend about an hour fillinig out an application. Everyone was nice, it was him and one other guy (my buddy is an ATR capt with a regional, and has B-737 type about 2200hr as pic in ATR). They were taken out for lunch by a managment pilot, had some relaxed conversation and both guys were offerd the job.
I was hoping that someone could share some light on the company as a whole? I understand that their is no union, and that upgrade is based on managment (no seniority numbers) Whats the most junior captain? and has anyone been denied upgrade because doesn't get along well with others?
