PFT, PFJ , Pay for airfare to interviews , NO SIC type , unpaid indoc, training contracts all cheapen the industry !. Oh lets not forget the bogus CRJ courses given at ATP that cost the same as some type rating .The percieved cure for shiny jet syndrome .
