Just to make sure that I am understanding this correctly.....

Smisek wants to Reinforce the tight curbs on growth & spending, but in the same breath on October 1st, he sees it "apropos" to be 'granted' a "healthy" compensation package (Along with Tilton, Rowe, and the rest of the minions) within the new company all the while balking at our JCBA thus far??

AH, silly me.....I see how this game is played.
