And there aren't that many of them either, so getting any kind of consensus is pretty easy. I mean if I were the only audio visual operator on the property, it wouldn't be too hard to get me to disagree to a mere 15% payraise or go on strike and shut down the whole operation... I mean.. hell.. how many people are there in the world that can run a projector for under $100K/year. Man's gotta eat ya know.
