This change in regulation went into effect in August 2008. They made the following changes

1st Class
- Under 40 - 12 months
- 40 and over - 6 months

2nd Class
- Regardless of age - 12 months

3rd Class
- Under 40 - 60 months
- 40 and over - 24 months
