Ok I think I was not specific enough in my question. I am looking for some type of direction or FAR's that answer this question. As mentioned previously it DOES count toward IFR PIC 135 minimums while not counting toward flight time it does count toward 135 requirements. I am simply looking for where I could find this covered in the FARs for VFR 135 PIC mins. Thanks
