Medical Benefits
Getting close to ATP mins, and as of now, Air Wisconsin and Envoy are top of my list. Obviously that can change quickly in this environment, but as it stands, that's where I'm at...I'm looking for some more details as far as coverage / cost for medical for a family of 5 at ZW.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I have the PPO family plan. You will pay roughly $600/mo for any of the standard plans. The HMO is a bit more in premiums but the out-of-pocket costs are less for visits etc. It's Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The comprehensive is similar to PPO in cost. I forget whether it's a bit more or less. There are some newer style high deductible plans but I'm not familiar with those.
For me, the PPO is $0 deductible in network and $750/family out of network. Office visits are $15 copay in network and %30 coinsurance out of network. Annual out of pocket for family is $1500. Other services like pregnancy, hospital visits etc are generally %10 coinsurance in network and %30 out of network. Prescriptions are %20 coinsurance.

HMO plan (our Cadillac plan) is the way to go. One of the best insurance plans in the country, I would bet. Just over $500 for the family, and you never pay more then $15 copay for anything. ($50 copay for emergency room visit)
It's absolutely amazing insurance. I've had 2 kids, and the grand total out of pocket has been... Wait for it... $30...
If you need good health insurance, you couldn't come to a better place.

Possibly. But anytime I go to the doctor or optometrist the response I get is usually something along the lines of "who do you work for, we have never seen this much coverage before and there's no deductible so have a nice a day."

I’m right there along with you. Had my first child at ZW and the second at Delta. Not asking anyone to cry for me but I did let a little tear go once I saw the bill after the second was born.
