AWAC UA route expansion
When I went through the interview process last week a couple of the CAs mentioned the AA jets were coming out of paint and bolstering the UA fleet resulting in routes further west than LNK and more east coast flying. Anyone here tracking these details?

AWA holds information close until it's "need to know", and right now we don't need to know our final route structure.
This plane is not comfortable for pilots or passengers for more than a 3 hour flight, and since there is no wi-fi or amenities of a larger RJ we probably won't be doing flights much farther west from ORD unless we get a DEN base. We do have DEN and COS charts in our iPads, and usually we don't have charts for airports unless we service them. That has created a wild rumor of a DEN base or out to Denver flying.

I have a feeling 18-24 month upgrades will start to happen soon, and they will go directly to MKE captain slots. There are only so many senior guys in Wisconsin who can fill those 60 slots. No one else (that I know) wants to voluntarily commute there when you can probably expect ORF-like schedules.
Could be interesting if you fly MKE-IAH or DEN and then do some flying out of those hubs to return on the last leg of the day to MKE. Like how we did CLT “trips”.
