I love this place and I see nothing that we can improve here. New hires should be flocking to us.

AWAC used to be the best! Now they lack in a few departments. Biggest problem I see with AWAC is the short term United contact.

I find this place one of the most appealing regionals. Yeah they don’t fly shiny jets like others do. But as far as I’m concerned, you can log TPIC in a -200. Been around for a long time, Small pilot group. Plus the health benefits. All appealing to me!
