Training info?
I have a few questions regarding AW training. What is the pay during training and is there per diem paid? Do they pick up the hotels?
Also, once you complete IOE, do you get mins if you don't fly?

1) $5,000 Bonus on day 1 of training. $35.53/hour
2) Hotels are paid for.
3) Reserve guarantee: 75 hours pay out of IOE.
$26,000 to be paid upon completion of IOE, and $10,000 to be paid after first anniversary. $8,000 is to be paid out quarterly in year three if the pilot has not been upgraded to Captain
