Sick calls
 

How many times is the company going to try and intimidate people with threats of speaking with mgmt when calling in sick? That's getting old. Absolute garbage schedules with no chance of swaps or drops approved and chronic junior manning...cant imagine why sick calls are ramping up?!?!?!
