Last award it went something like 10 months. No one really knows. There’s a lot of people bypassing and a lot of people with the seniority to upgrade but not the hours. it depends on how quickly the new hires in front of you by a few months are building time. I think we’re probably close to as quick as it gets and we’ll see it trend back up to towards two years but there’s a lot of variables at play and that’s mostly just speculation on my part. Most junior was MKE followed closely by CAE. ORD is significantly longer and IAD is basically untouchable on the captain said.

I have similar times. I'm seeing the reality of earning $300K my 1st 3 years in Pay, Bonus, and Pay increases. Somebody pinch me. Most of the kids don't understand, but 10-20 years ago, $20k a year and massive reserve times were the norm. I saw no reserve after IOE, straight to line holder here. Saaaweet!
