Air Wisconsin and “new airplanes” don’t belong in the same sentence unless “will NEVER acquire” is in the middle of each phrase.

Not really. Compass is a west coast carrier that flies 76 seat aircraft for Delta and AA. If they were to be awarded UAL flying in -175’s, that flying would have to come at the expense of another regional that flies 70 or 76 seat aircraft. ZW is not part of that group since we operate 50 seat jets that aren’t part of the current scope clause hunger games going on at the regionals right now.

Those of us who used to write radio copy...an elipsis is a comma or "breath". So breath easy.. and enjoy good pacing in tbe written word.

Delta reducing its regional partners to 3 is a great thing. It will be great to see that flying brought back in house. Just keep in mind before you panic that Compass and GoJet could certainly come fly for United. However Delta Air Lines is not going to give them the planes to do it.
Endeavor will grow as a result of this as the airplanes will be reassigned to them.

Compass, GoJet, Skywest and Endeavor fly the majority of airplanes that are owned by Delta with some at risk flying in the case of Skywest. Endeavor of course being wholly owned.
