Air Wisconsin and “new airplanes” don’t belong in the same sentence unless “will NEVER acquire” is in the middle of each phrase.

You know...you don’t actually...have to use ellipsis to end every thought...actually, it kinda gets old and loses its effect...just saying...

How does the Compass new affect ZW? Curious because I have an upcoming class date. Anything to worry about?

Not really. Compass is a west coast carrier that flies 76 seat aircraft for Delta and AA. If they were to be awarded UAL flying in -175’s, that flying would have to come at the expense of another regional that flies 70 or 76 seat aircraft. ZW is not part of that group since we operate 50 seat jets that aren’t part of the current scope clause hunger games going on at the regionals right now.

Air Wisconsin and 'treating people right' no longer belong in the same sentence. ..I guess you could say they used to.

Those of us who used to write radio copy...an elipsis is a comma or "breath". So breath easy.. and enjoy good pacing in tbe written word.

Compass, GoJet, Skywest and Endeavor fly the majority of airplanes that are owned by Delta with some at risk flying in the case of Skywest. Endeavor of course being wholly owned.

Delta reducing its regional partners to 3 is a great thing. It will be great to see that flying brought back in house. Just keep in mind before you panic that Compass and GoJet could certainly come fly for United. However Delta Air Lines is not going to give them the planes to do it.

Endeavor will grow as a result of this as the airplanes will be reassigned to them.

United could give them the planes to do it. They have plenty of 145s in the desert and love their 50 flying. I’m sure they’d rather be in control of a fleet vs not having a say. Just the way I’m thinking about it, IMO 🤷*♂️

Default Air Wisconsin update

So is Air Wisconsin still a good choice as of now?? Updates?
I’m also considering going there as well.
When should I expect a class date, assuming I was hired?

Thanks
