Training Delay, says who?
I’ve PM’d several folks who I’ve seen on several threads make claims that training is taking 5+ months to complete, no responses from any. Is their anyone currently in training who can back this claim up or provide insight to the current training timeline? Or if someone who just got finished with training could chime in that’d be helpful also. State facts please, not troll BS or an emotional rant. Appreciate the help ladies/gents.

I am over 5 months since DOH. I only know of one person from my class that’s made it to the line. Some have completed a full set of sims and require extra training. Some have not. I also know someone hired in April who is on the line and others from that time who have had 20 + sims meanwhile those hired in January are still waiting. People are resigning due to the wait am training going out of seniority

You get paid the entire time during your break.
Indoc and Systems is a month. A two-month hiatus period. CPT and Sims are roughly a month.
Once you pass your checkride, you'll roll right into IOE the next two days. It's actually uncommon if you have to wait more than two days.

Keep studying
There is a bit of a backlog/delay but I don’t think it’s as long as 5 months.
The problem most folks are having is they aren’t keeping their heads in the books during the down time. You’re still getting paid the least you can do is keep the information fresh.
All I can say is, it’s worth the wait. Hang in there.

Why would you not recommend Air Wis? I ask because I am sending out multiple applications. I know the regional world is "pick your poison" so to speak and a stepping stone to the future but it would help to know someone's inside perspective. I've heard from people that Air Wis is great and I've heard from others to stay away.
