Airman Trainee Program
Do CFI’s in the Airman Trainee program have first choice of aircraft after ground school? Do they get a higher seniority number than someone who does not participate?

Meant to say first choice of domicile^
You get what you can hold and whatever vacancies that are available. For FOs the most junior base in CAE then MKE. IAD seems to be senior over ORD for the FO side. If you end up in CAE or MKE and don’t want to be there, don’t sweat it. Vacancies occur on a monthly basis. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

No. The pilot seniority starts after your ground school. The company benefits longevity starts at your AT hire date
According to the pilots collective bargaining agreement, your seniority starts the day you report to Indoc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
