Exactly. How can anyone legitimately answer any TMAAT questions without any multi crew 121 scenarios/experiences to draw from?
I’m Not saying this person doesn’t do well at whatever regional they go to, and, ultimately United (if successful), but this does seem a bit ridiculous full blown interviewing at this stage.

If you had any reading comprehension skills you would have read my post #49 about a CFI interviewing at United. His quote was in response to my post. Why are you quoting him and talking about how your one hour in the 121 world has been so full of stories?

From the stats I have personally gathered, 1 out of 5 have made it. A guy in the crew room I met claimed he also collected stats, and he found 3/70. I'd take that with a grain of salt though. Point is, the acceptance rate for AWAC pilots at least is not very good, and anyone who says that it's going better than that probably has outlier stats.

[QUOTE=iceman21;2928156]Are there any current AWAC pilots that have applied for Aviate that care to share how it went for them?
Went well for me! Interview including HR, technical and Hogan all went as expected. Wasn’t sure how I did on the Hogan but apparently alright as I got the call! The gouge is spot on! Study the technical study they give you, study instrument stuff from back in the day and have a story to tell. Come with a pressed suit, a starched shirt and freshly shined shoes. For reference I have been here for just over a year and I am an FO.
