I left AWAC years ago, so I’m aware. The program was certified using the PTP, it’s a syllabus. Again, it’s been years since I’ve seen It but I remember it having what needed to be covered on each SIM. I think it’s changed now, but instructor training was very lax and short when I went through, a lot was put on the instructor to learn on your own. Having an actual class/ground school would help a lot as far as knowing the exact PTS and best practices.

I’ll also echo how difficult new hire training was, I’m just saying it’s possible with a lot of work and a good attitude.

10/15 class: 11 of 12 on the line

11/1 class: 12 of 13 on the line/on OE
