April Re-bid?

But, with each contract, I would leave it to the lawyers (and judges in court) to make the ruling.
Often times, the bigger question is does something fall within this or not. Was a union strike unforeseen or not, were the heavy spring rains out of the ordinary or not, etc.

So, I guess we won’t be bidding on time once again. June cover sheet said July CA bids would be out today at noon. It’s now after 8pm eastern and they’re not up on flica and no communication from the company or union about it.

Talk about first world problems. I wish I was still on that bid sheet, along with about 150 other captains.

Sorry. My comment wasn’t meant as a stab at anyone. I was just observing that the company (for reasons they haven’t told us) still hasn’t figured this stuff out. Maybe the same will hold true for displacements and downgrades and it’ll end up being way less than 150. Who knows?

Then why don’t they just tell us that? Why do we have to dig for and interpret information on our own?
