Lol this has nothing to do with politics. Just do your job. Wear the stupid mask near others. Close the cockpit door.
Just by the fact you don’t need to wear the mask when you’re eating or drinking shows how exploitative this policy is.
I’ve gone hours in ORD wearing the mask as a chin guard and having coffee near me. And during April when Covid was at its peak, there wasn’t any mask policy. Let them have a stupid policy just like how they used to board by row numbers and then stopped. It’s all now a big joke.

I can’t believe we have a thread that’s gone 5 pages about a GD mask. The company has asked you to wear it, wear it. If it bothers you, contact your AME and surrender your medical. Keep your political BS out of the flight deck. I’m already ****ed off enough at getting downgraded. If I get stuck with a senior guy bi***ing and moaning about this or that, I will legit lose my ****.
