Retention bonus?

The projected cost of this could be in the hundreds of millions over the next few years. Does your management have the ability to throw that kind of cheese around? Not being a jerk, just asking a question. The amount, to many of us is somewhat surprising to see.

right behind the $14 more an hour they make to start. I’m honestly surprised we have anyone coming through the door at this point. The whole “we get this, and we get that” argument doesn’t make any difference when our pay can’t provide an apartment in most places anymore. Good news is we get junior manned every single one of our off days so we end up making the same. But they get 11 days per month and we get 12(on paper) so we have that going for us.

I don’t even use the Air Wis health insurance. I’m on my wife’s. It’s something like 600% cheaper to be on hers. I don’t see what’s so great about Air Wis health insurance.

I'm betting your wife works for the government? Generally speaking, the Willy insurance covers more and is cheaper than what the vast majority of private sector jobs.
