I guess I’m not surprised, just intrigued at how ATW thinks they will keep attracting new hires with the amount of money being thrown around at the AA WO’s, and this is beyond retaining captains. This fall is going to suck…

I know no one here really knows what’s going on or what will happen, but I keep seeing people leaving and getting tired of waiting around for any kind of news from the company on any future plans. Is it safe to assume we are scrambling and reaching for any kind of flying because we are SOL?
