GoJet did it, ATW needs to pony up or they can kiss every single new hire goodbye.

I made more money as a CFII than Air Wisconsin starts at. Oh then add the SJS, those 50-seaters don’t rank high in the list. We all saw how bonuses disappeared during Covid (part 1). Needless to say no one in my class even applied at AW or GJ due to the above and UAL announcing 50% or more of their new hires would be POC or Women. That was a great way of steering a large qualified population group away from Aviate.

If you take a look at the last few pics of the UA new hire classes over the last few months , there are very few of each of those groups you mentioned. So I don’t see what all the fuss is about.Looks like 95% white males to me .

Don’t worry at least I’ll have seniority and flow above you when AW closes the door and you start over here below me! ERU rocks baby!!!! AW isn’t going to get any new hires to apply once Mesa’s contract rates go up next quarter too. You will be at the bottom of the payscale.
