I don’t think this “bonus” will be enough to tip the scale tbh. People who want to upgrade and deal with DAY were going to do it anyways. Hopefully we stand firm and show the company why DAY was a terrible base choice.

This isn’t the zw of 20 -30 years ago . Same name but different people running the place.
The current version of zw is being ran by some very incompetent people.That , along with a few other things , will be it’s demise .

with commuting to Dayton impossible and 6-9 trips a month, you can be home more days and still pick up a day or two of overtime to more than make up the difference in $1000-$1500.
