I’m not an instructor so I could be very wrong but I thought it was 90 hours of pay a month at whatever year you are and whatever seat your seniority can hold. I don’t think there are really any benefits outside of the CBA. Maybe a little bit more schedule flexibility because you can just swap things around with other instructors rather than going through scheduling to get things approved.

Management Instructors are salary based. Instructors who are line pilots get a 90hr guarantee based on a specified number of work days. Work less than that and you don't make the 90 hours. There is schedule flexibility but you cannot just swap without talking to the training scheduling folks.
