It looks like GoJet going to do this flying?

Has ZW released any details on the CPA w/ AA, beyond the 8-K SEC filing a few months back?

I am curious how it looks compared to the UA one, especially as it relates to earlier conversation about the balance of negotiating power.

Not that I’m aware of

Hey ZWers, was curious if you could help me with a question about your flying: how's the CA/FO balance? Are pilots getting to fly when they finish training or is it a very long sit because of lack of captains?

My quick math shows 227 CAs out of 481 total pilots and that's including non-bidding pilots. FO lineholders can get a decent amount of monthly flying but reserves are tending to sit around a bit more. Ive had several FOs recently who picked up flying out of a different base to try and get more hours.

2. Aviate is still a thing for those of us in it even when we go exclusively AA
3. Pay raise announcement 3-4 weeks (may take till march to actually start to pay out)
4. Starting with 5 planes in march. Will most likely be flying for both till mid next summer
5. Getting 5 white tails in the retro AW livery
6. Getting a guarantee interview with AA (87% hire rate)”
With some of those rumors already firming up, has there been anything more heard about a pay announcement? I guess we're only a couple weeks past the 3-4 weeks mentioned at this point.

I could easily be wrong, but looking through that agreement that was posted, I recall AA wanted exclusive access.

So I guess we’re nowhere near getting back to the 305 CAs required by the CBA.
