Air Wisconsin Internal Rec.
Hi everyone
As the title implies I am looking for an internal rec to supplement my application for Air Wisconsin.
A little background about me. I was hired by American Eagle in November of 2007 where I worked for approximately 10 months. I left because I essentially became the responsible party for a family members health care and decisions who was a the end of a battle with cancer. Unfortunately, I was not able to qualify for FMLA and was unable to obtain a leave of absence. When I was finally able to return to work, in the beginning of 2009, the economic conditions prevented hiring, as we all know. Now that things have turned around I am impatiently trying hard to get back into part 121. My main hope is there would potentially be someone on this board (perhaps a former Eagle pilot who lateraled over) willing to go to bat for me to try and help me gain an interview with Air Wisconsin.
I spent the better part of the day debating about posting this on here and asking for someone to recommend me. Ultimately I determined the worst that could happen is no one would be willing. I fully understand the sensetive nature of putting your name to someone you do not know. If the situation were reversed, and it has been, I would be hesitant as well.
Thanks again everyone, and as you can tell this is my first post. Ive frequented this site for several years, but finally decided to create a username.

With as little hiring that is going on, pretty much the only way to get looked at is with an internal recommendation. And as far as I know the handful of guys that were just hired at AWAC all had internal recs. Where are you getting your information?

I interviewed with AWAC yesterday without an internal recommendation.
