curious what are your times? I have been trying to get an interview with AWAC.

AWAC has better pay in both seats and much better work rules than GoJet.
Unfortunately, GoJet's future in the mid-term and beyond looks brighter than AWAC's at this point.
And while I was one of the LOUDEST anti-GoJet voices a few years ago, I don't think a 2011 GoJet hire will have the same 'stigma' associated with them as a 2006/2007 GoJet hire did.

I have worked at Comair and Chautauqua and I will be in the 10/11 Gojet class.

How about this, don't go to either of them!
Maybe do some research on all flying options and make a better decision on where you should work. All regionals are the wrong way to go.

If you desire to aid and abet the further downfall of the airline pilot profession, by all means go to GoJet. That's not flame, it's fact. If that airline is able to staff the growth they have unfortunately been given by Delta, it will be a sign to regional airline managements across the industry that they are apparently paying their pilots too much and need to fall in line with GoJet in order to successfully compete. Mainline chases the bottom line, and if enough pilots go to the bottom feeders then the GoJet model will quickly become the industry standard. Food for thought.

See the fall of Comair, AWAC, ACA, Mesaba, and XJT...and see the rise of Mesa, RAH, Skywest, Pinnacle and Colgan.

So the options are go to Gojet and get paid less money to fly a bigger plane or AWAC and get paid more money and have much better work rules. Hmm. Anyone know the pros and cons of the gojet contract off hand? You'll also be on a 700 that came from ASA, who paid those pilots more money than Gojet too. Atrdriver hit the head of the nail.

There's a lot of self-restraint being exercised here. It's impressive to say the least. But much like Texas and Oklahoma, once the fire starts, it'll spread fast and be hard to put out
