Or about 1 year once on the line.. mke and cae have most of the lines over 83 hours of block a month with some over 90 hours. Training is backed up at this point so expect at least a month after system, more like 2

So.....PSA Pilots just got a pretty substantial pay raise....good for them. When will ZW have it’s turn?

Any year 1 FOs care to share what average take home pay is monthly, that opted out of bonus until first year is complete? Trying to crunch numbers, get a guesstimate of how tight things will be financially. Thanks in advance.

Min guarantee times hourly. Don’t budget for more than that. I averaged 115 credit a month but that can easily disappear overnight.

1st of the month is about $900 (ouch). The 15th is usually around $2000. That’s without picking up anything extra, just holding a line. That is also with health insurance being taken out and 9% of my salary for my 401k being taken out. Hope that helps.

Tried searching for this answer in the thread, unable to locate apologies if I looked over it. Wondering where ZW Pilots wind up going if they decide to move on? I hear a lot go to Southwest, Spirit and United. Is there a mainline or LCC that ZW has a good reputation from hired FO candidates? Any chance someone has the numbers on where ZW Pilots go, that’s more reliable than word of mouth? Be nice if the company put this on their webpage like a lot of other regionals. Thanks.

The majority go to those. Southwest (lots of former AWAC pilots there who also do interviews for them) and we have the CPP with United who takes about 3+ a month. But I have seen some go to ACMI carriers, cargo, and other legacies as well.

All over the place. I personally know people that went to SWA(2-3), Spirit(3-4), Delta (4-5), JetBlue (1), United (5+). And that is just among the people I’m friends with.
