Air Wisconsin Hiring

Just a couple of quick questions:

How much hiring next year?
What is the current upgrade?
What is more junior- PHL or DCA?

1. Who knows - depends on attrition.
2. I've flown with guys that upgraded at 2 years 8 months...no upgrades the last couple months though. I think 2.5 was the most junior recently.
3. DCA is junior for FO lineholders, PHL for reserves. Can probably get what you want after a month or two.

What kinda mins are they hiring at these days? I've heard it's not the easiest place to get into without either previous 121 time or an internal recommendation. Could be wrong, just what I've heard.

As for total time, not sure, as for 121 time being a must, its is not required, as my roomate just interviewed, and he was the only one with 121 time. You do need an internal rec to get an interview now days. I do know there is a pool running right now, do not know how deep it is, or when it will start to drain.

i think that internal recs help greatly as with any company. ive been buggin them for several months and no answer and ive heard people with internal recs can get interviews with lower times and no 121

We just got word that the next class at ZW will be Jan 22nd for all those interested. Word came from ATW today.

Minimums are 1,000 TT 250 multi

btw for all you AWAC FO's wanting to come to Skywest, wanna trade? I would gladly come to AWAC to be based in PHL. never got an interview though, even with 2 captains walking my resume in.
