I'm curious why they haven't started advertising the new hire bonus and retention bonuses. It doesn't seem that they're making a wholehearted effort to recruit.

Im about to quit flying altogether. Ive done 2 back to back 6 day trips this month. As of this moment Ive had 4 days off this entire month. Ive had it.

How long have you been flying 121? If you haven't been long I hope that doesn't discourage you and make you hate what you do. Just want you to know that's not how it is everywhere. I wouldn't even think of doing 2 back to back 6 days. How are they getting away with making you do that?

Do you work for AWAC? Because if you do then their min days off/month is 12 days. And as far as back to back 6 day trips unless you have a 30 hour rest in there somewhere that is illegal per 117.
