The NY base currently has approximately 60 pilots each seat, so a little over half the guys will still be able to fly out of NY/EWR.... for at least a few more months....

Hate to beat a dead horse here, but again, if you’ve had a chance to follow the other thread, according to some long term Alaska pilots, we’ll never scope... why? Cause management won’t ever let that happen. Why won’t they let that happen? Because they know we can never strike. How do they know we can’t strike? Because we fly to Alaska and no US President will ever let that happen.

I’m confident we will get scope or just vote No until we do. I’m sure management at the Big 3 didn’t want to be limited in the amount of RJs they could toss around either but it happened.
Even if we cannot strike there is plenty that we can do to bring awareness.
