Looks like a pretty rainbow. I'm way to tired after a 3 day to figure it out. I hope the Alaska proposal wins but either way there isn't a darn thing I or anybody else can do about it. I have learned over the years that arbitrators are unpredictable demons. Nasty creatures that usually require a belt fed weapon to properly put down.
I personally fear the next 6 -12 months. Between the SLI and the loss of JFK and PBS. I fear the mass exodus of X-VX pilots at a rate that AK can't handle. Should the SLI go VX's way, I fear the mass exodus of AS pilots with the same result. Then there is the lost QAL for the X-VX pilots that will probably show up in large numbers of sick calls and parked airbuses. None of it good for business. None of it brought upon our selves. Management did this. If nothing else, I hope we can all remember that.

Those who have been here only 3-5 years and are still in their 30's, should be trying to punch out and go to a real airline.
In any case, those of us who are here for the long-haul should focus our energy on contract 2020.
No scope; no vote.

We are going to get the King Solomon solution. It has been coming since day 1....Which is why everyone does an overreach. Moving the middle. I think both sides are mostly tired of Brad, Ben and their 2 bit snake oil show. That is as demoralizing as an ISL integration ever could be. Why try when the future is so clouded and truth, integrity and morality have departed. Anyone can survive an ISL punch to the face if there is a job worth having when they get up off the ground. But this.....not even worth fighting over anymore. Of course the bright side is no one gives a rats a$$....come to work how and when you want, leave when ya want and so on....easy job

This is exactly what NEEDS to happen to move the needle around here. The more that leave, the more the truth is revealed to the shareholders. Just like AA management saw the light and gave a quick infusion of pay and improved work rules to cull the exodus to greener pastures. AAG needs the same epiphany. Let there be light!!

I hope all the virgins quit, especially the ones that consist of the almost two solid pages of VX'ers that will be senior to me according to the proposed list that the AS MEC (who was supposed to be looking out for my interests) put out.
I want my seniority back.
