With a majority living in base, I don’t see any change to premium/opentime time behavior before and after April 2020. In the heart of TPA negotiations and JCBA talks/stalls, there was no shortage of guys picking up time. Even when contract 2020 stalls, I don’t see how you can expect change. Picking up $266.29/hr is still kinda lucrative for the individual and pilots have shown throughout history they will make individual decisions privately. Regardless, those provisions are still “flying the contract.”

You're right. At that point it becomes and individual question of advancing the group or advancing yourself. There will always be the "ME" crowd. Hopefully with the addition of the VXers to the Kastrated you'll have enough "US" guys to make an impact on the operation.

Until that happens, the Anglers won't budge. BTDT.
