Pretty sure the union would have told us if this post was BS by now. Perhaps they are drafting up the email to let us know what the company is thinking.

even if they did have “numbers”, would it even be accurate? A lot could change from now and October 1st.

It’s a large surplus number, sobering to see. Fingers crossed that something changes drastically between now and then. Hopeful mitigation can get the number under four. Think the numbers shared on here will turn out very accurate in the end. Union pushing hard on early outs with little to no interest on the company’s part.

Can you please share the sobering number?

Maybe we can get preferential interviews at Horizon. Them and skywest are doing about 2/3 of the departures out of most cities.

We can’t furlough until 12/01 because of our position bid with an effective date of 11/01. They could pull that bit and introduce a new bid but that’s unlikely at this point.

Give the guy more attention and he’ll just gloat more. He’s not going to tell you guys any numbers. If there are any.

ALPA MEC won’t respond to a post on APC.

They’ll need some time to digest the numbers and come up with something to give the pilot group, but they’ll get the information out.

It would be painful to get furloughed during Christmas.
