MOU

Other airlines are getting 200% for premium trip pickups. Our stingy little joke of an airline is offering positive space commutes and a hotel room before/after the trip lol. Total cost? Maybe 150-200 dollars.

delta has positive space for commuters (no requirement for the commute to be for a premium pick up. United offered 200%. We offer a positive space hotel and a room.

add it to the reasons of why this place is horrible

Do you guys not even get 150% or anything? Anything you pick up is just straight pay?

Lol you don't even need to look as far as other airlines... Other WORKGROUPS! Our own FA's are getting 200% (although to be fair there are almost too many strings attached to it to be meaningful - only applies to trips above 100TFP, doesn't apply in a month w/vacation or other drops, etc)

They sprinkle in a few 150% trips here & there, but by far for the most part it’s just straight pay…

Almost all flying at Alaska Airlines just pays block. There are many individual examples of rig but the vast majority of us are just earning block. On the days of a trip where we are under-guarantee they take from the days we are over so that at the end we are at guarantee. common to block 1:45 on day one and 8:15 on day two for a 10hr 2-day. that starts at 0530 on day 1 and ends at 2345 on day 2.
