Default Assessment

Does anyone have any information about the Alaska airlines assessment?

is it aptitude, personality? Both? Is there anything one can do to prepare for it?

It's most likely personality and probably can't prepare as with most personality "tests". Prevailing advice is to be relaxed and be yourself.

IIRC it’s a short, pretty standard Myers-Briggs and not used in any way to evaluate you for the CJO.

It was 100% a personality/psychological assesment.

your interview confirmation email should have a link to that assessment. Unlike a few other legacy carriers, It is not something you have to pass in order to get the interview.

Should you always sometimes never kill your mother?

[three questions later]

Should you sometimes never always kill your mother?

H.R. Evaluators: Was they consistant?

Crazy as these questions are, I know for a fact that some folks have had their interview date/CJO revoked based on results from this "test". As wild as the questions may be, take it seriously.
