This easily passes. The disconnect between what you read on here VS talking to guys on the line is unreal. 80/20.
No concessions. 330/hr ending NB pay(highest in the world). Vacation rules that will allow 20+ off in a month with less than a week vacation. Golden days to protect birthdays anniversaries etc. Scope. Reserve rules with several industry leading provisions and no junior manning unlike most every other airline. 5:15/ adg. Need I go on? This is a quantam leap over current rules.

Facing an economic turndown, most have the gumption that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

You missed a few… that suck! ADG 5:15 blows, no profit sharing increases, reserve days off are behind. I’ll keep going here. 401k increase is terrible, as is the retro pay. No language or increase for the company to stall negotiations again, and sick time didn’t get touched. Let’s not forget our first class medical reimbursement that United put out there as well. Simply put, the company is begging you to say yes cause it’s a good deal for them. You just can’t see that cause all you see is the dollar amount and a quick fix. Oh which will take over a year to implement as well. 🤣 To all you yes voters, you are exactly why this place will never be at the top. Worried about everything I’ve realized. Stay inside, bad things happen outside. 🤣
Not sure how you square that circle, but OK.
