Check out the last paragraph of this article. Apparently the UAL guys on the picket line had an appropriate response ready when a senior manager (Kirby) tried to engage with them. I’d be interested in seeing video.

Having said that, with a ratified contract in hand I’m willing now to make polite small talk with senior managers. That ends in three years if we don’t have new contract.
