Snap up pay for SWA
I think you guys were the only ones to put SWA rates in Your contract for snap up. Is that still in effect? More than one snap up? Is it an average or highest?

This year, mgt and the union agreed on a LOA that excluded SW for this year's calculation and made the assumption that United's TA would pass. UA's TA rate was 340.26 DL requires 1% above that, which they got, and UA snapped, AA too. So 1% above was 343.66 jetBlue is 330 This year's AS snap up calculation: (343.66 + 343.66 + 343.66 + 330) / 4 = 340.25 |

Someone posted some rates, but no reason to post it because it could be completely faked stuff.

The rates I saw posted looked so strange that I tuned it out immediately.

I didn’t spend any time looking at them because they weren’t official. Out of curiosity though, what looked strange about it?
