AS Reservations
Just want to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the reservation agents in BOI and SEA for untangling the mess I created when I changed last year's cancelled booking to a new booking this year to OGG.
In between dropped calls (living out in the ocean is a beach when it comes to cell service), each of the 4 agents I spoke with went out of her way to make things right. They certainly exemplified the Alaska can-do spirit. Part of the reason we are long time, loyal customers and shareholders, and will continue to fly with you. |
