SFB and PIE will likely remain the same for eternity. Extreme seniority for about 70% of the pilot group, with some turnover in the bottom part of the FO side due to the sheer size of the bases. Upgrading in either base will likely take you a minimum of 10 years.

3rd largest base.

Default Video Interview - No response (1 Month)

I completed my video interview a month ago and received confirmation. However, I have not heard anything else from Allegiant. Should I hear something one way or the other about further consideration?

Is there a high turnover rate here with FO’s going to legacy’s? Curious how fast seniority progression would be.

Yes about 20 a month average so far this year. The 1000th pilot on the list for example was hired 6 months ago and is sitting 86% overall out of 1151.

100% Base dependent. For the month of September there are 4 year FOs still on RSV in Florida not by choice (yes a lower Flight Hour month). The churn is mostly pilots right off OE getting their type and bailing.
